ARTISTS NOTE : FEBRUARY

February is a great month for love and romance. Sure, that may be what its famous for, but let me enlighten you on what it used to be famous for.

Let’s roll back the clock to Roman times. As February 13th approaches, we would all be preparing to attend the Februa purification festival. A festival held from February 13th through the 15th to mark the end of the Roman calendar and to avert evil spirits and purify the city, bringing health and fertility.

What a positive way to lift those spirits in the dead of winter. You gotta wonder why the “Mardi Gras” of Roman times stopped happening? Now more than ever we could all use a little purification...and a little love.

ARTISTS NOTE: JANUARY

Another year passes and we're left to reflect upon what we achieved, what we never got around to do, and what we plan to do next year. It can all feel so overwhelming!

So this year, I thought we’d have a little fun with new years resolutions which would not only ease the stress of making one for yourself, but help us continue to improve on Creating Good Karma. So we’re asking our visitors, customers, and fans to set a new years resolution for us!

Submit a new years resolution you'd like to see us achieve and we'll do our best to make it happen!

ARTISTS NOTE : DECEMBER

The holiday season is a time of seasonal customs such as gift-giving, church celebrations, the display of various decorations, and is a season widely celebrated around the world. Now imagine a world that celebrated this way each month throughout the year. Ah what a world it could be.

That’s the image I had when I started Creating Good Karma. I loved the spirit of the holiday season so much, I wanted to build a company around the idea of giving, all year ‘round. Instead of just giving a donation in the month of December only, we wanted to spread it around throughout the year so we could multiply our giving by 12x. And its because of our customers that we’re able to do just that.

So today we send a big thanks to our customers, our fans, and our friends for being such wonderful supporters and we hope you all have a memorable holiday and a wonderfully successful new year.

I’ve always love the beauty of fall. Walking home after a long days work, I find myself picking leaves from the ground and admiring the colouring each one radiates, as if each one had its own identity & personality.

Little things like these are what inspire lots of colour in Creating Good Karma designs and website. Since everyone is so different, we need a wide variety of items and designs to keep everyone happy and coming back for more. So if you can’t find anything that suits your taste, please let us know.
